Lastovo to Skrivena Luka

A wonderful hiking tour from the town of Lastovo to Skrivena Luka - deeply relaxed "over hill and dale" through woods and olives to the south side of the island.

The starting point is the old town of Lastovo. At "Night and Fog" started around 6.30 a.m. - 7 a.m., the beauty of the island, the cultural landscape and the nature of Lastovo is particularly evident.
Leaving Lastovo behind you cross a small valley in the direction of the forest with fruit and vegetable fields. It happens to disturb one or two animal residents in the morning.
If you have left the fields behind you will discover an ancient path made of solid stones at the edge of the forest into the green of the trees.
After some time on enchanted forest paths up and down the view opens up to the sky.
Arrived on one of the island mountains along the old path, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view over one of the foggy valleys - good time to rest and just enjoy.
Amazed by the versatility of natural beauty on the actually very small island of Lastovo, you continue your way leisurely.

Past lively rock formations, the path winds further south.
After a few ascents and descents along the way through forest, barren vegetation and fields, after a last climb the view over the bay of Skrivena Luka with its lighthouse opens up.
What a view! The hike continues in amazement and slowly descends to the sea.

When you finally come downhill to the sea, you follow a small street along the shore following the call of the lighthouse. View from afar.
Ever further along the bay enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding area Skrivena Luka.
Shortly after the bend in the bay you come to an uphill branching of the road up towards the lighthouse past meadows and trees.
Satisfied you finally reach the lighthouse on the southern cliffs of the island.

After a relaxing stroll around the bay and cool refreshment in a glass, take a nap on the beach. In the afternoon recovered back to Lastovo.
